One of my recent commissions was to work with Tilda Rice and Dez Thurland who is the group development chef for The Brend Hotels Group. The photography brief was to capture images of Dez and his fantastic dish using the Tilda products. The food photography as well as the photograph of Dez was for a recipe card that goes inside the Tilda Rice packaging . Dez made a Smoked Haddock Kedgeree with Basmati & Wild.
